Gift cards are available for purchase at all Hartford Restaurant Group affiliate locations (Wood-n-Tap Bar & Grill, Agave Grill, TD Homer's Grill). To order by phone, please call 860-206-6284 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm).
 

Shipping & Handling

Hartford Restaurant Group ships orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Three shipment options are available for gift card orders. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

USPS Standard Mail (allow 3-5 business days for delivery): $2
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $7.00 
USPS Express Mail (Overnight): $25.00
 

Returns

Gift Cards:
Hartford Restaurant Group is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. If you believe that you have received a defective card or a card of the wrong redemption value, please call 860-206-6284 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm) or contact us to report the problem immediately.

Tickets for Special Event:
Ticket purchases for special events are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Retail Item:
You can return or exchange any retail item for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Items will be credited to the original credit card or refunded on an HRG gift card. Shipping is at the expense of the guest or items can be exchanged at our Corporate Office.
