1. You must have your loyalty card present to redeem earned rewards.
  2. You must present your HRG Loyalty Card at the time of purchase to receive your points. The HRG Loyalty program is not valid with any other offers or discounts. If you use a coupon or another promotional offer, you will not be issued points for that visit. You must choose either points or coupons.
  3. No purchase is necessary to obtain an HRG Loyalty Card. However, you must have only one active card at a time and the card must be linked to an active e-mail address. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable.
  4. You will be awarded 1 point for every $1 purchased, and you will receive a receipt after each purchase, as confirmation that your points were credited to your account. Points will not be issued for tax or gratiuity.
  5. Points may be earned ONLY by the HRG Loyalty card holder who pays the check.
  6. HRG Loyalty card holders are limited to a one swipe/transaction per day at each restaurant.
  7. Your points will be credited to your account upon the settlement of your check. Please allow 30 days after joining for an HRG staff member to update your enrollment information. You can check your balance and profile online here.
  8. Every time your account reaches a point threshold, the reward will be issued to your loyalty card. Every 250 points earns you $10.
  9. Hartford Restaurant Group reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the HRG Loyalty Card program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the HRG Loyalty rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice, and at any time.
  10. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, HRG Loyalty points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
  11. Hartford Restaurant Group reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, and/or through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other legal or equitable remedy which may be available for the HRG Loyalty Card Program under applicable law.
  12. We will never share or sell our list of HRG Loyalty Members.
  13. Employees of the Hartford Restaurant Group are not eligible to participate in the HRG Loyalty program.
  14. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  15. HRG Loyalty cards unused for over 1 year will automatically forfeit points earned. In other words, if you don't use it, you will lose it.
  16. By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The rules pertaining to HRG Loyalty Rewards, or Cash Rewards program as well as the various specials and discounts, point-values and pricing are subject to change without notice.
